💰 Opportunity Card
⚡ Earning Potential $2,000/month: one $1,500 agent build plus one $500 retainer. Builds range $1,500–$2,500 | 🎯 Best for Notion consultants, ops freelancers, small agencies, fractional operators | ⏱ Window 2–3 weeks, around the November 2 switch |
📰 This Week's Opportunity
Notion just gave every paying team agent credits. Most teams have no agents to spend them on. Building those agents is a service you can sell.
What happened
Notion rebuilt its AI agents on October 19.
Agents can now run a single task for more than 24 hours, up from five minutes.
Notion says its Auto router matched top models at about 90% lower average cost across 20+ common tasks.
Each Business and Enterprise seat now includes 1,500 Standard credits and 500 Select credits a month. Select credits run Custom Agents.
The new system is live for new customers. Existing customers move over on November 2.
Caveat: Notion’s own examples show agents running about 45–90 times per 1,000 credits. By our math, that is roughly 20–45 runs per seat a month. Enough for one daily agent, not ten.
Why it matters
Teams no longer need a budget to try agents. They can start with included credits, without buying more first.
The budget question is gone. The setup question is not. Someone has to pick the job, write the instructions, and test it.
Who actually needs this
Ops leads at 10–200 person companies already on Notion Business
Agencies that run client projects in Notion
Founders who want weekly reporting without a new hire
How you benefit
Win fixed-fee projects with a clear deliverable.
Build three agents once. Reuse them across clients.
Add a monthly retainer for upkeep.
Hiring abroad? How many Euros could it cost you?
Bringing on someone new to the team? Their salary is just the starting point.
Taxes, benefits, employer contributions, and compliance costs can add up quickly, and vary by country.
Use Oyster's free calculator to estimate what a global hire could really cost, so you can build a more accurate hiring budget and avoid surprises.
How to get started
Check the plan. Agents need Business or Enterprise.
Pick one scheduled job. For example, a weekly project status summary, or routing new requests into the right database.
Build it on Auto. Turn on “Review for me,” which uses a separate model to check if an action is safe first.
Track credit use for one week. Note the cost per run.
Pitch five Notion teams. Lead with the November 2 switch.
💰 Ways To Make Money With This
Agent Starter Pack, $1,500–$2,500
Three working Custom Agents for one team. Buyer: an ops lead with credits and no time.
Credit and controls setup, $500–$1,000
Spending limits, model access, and owners for each agent. Notion says an AI Command Center for this is coming soon. Buyer: workspace admins.
Agent care retainer, $300–$600 a month
Fix, tune, and add one new agent each month. Buyer: any team after the first build.
Template pack, $29–$79
Agent instructions plus matching databases. Buyer: solo founders who build their own.
One rule: start with read-and-report agents. Add agents that change data only after the client approves them.

FAHR-Face: a face photo can help predict cancer survival.
~40M face images used for training
34,389 cancer patient photos used for fine-tuning
3.22 adjusted hazard ratio, highest vs lowest risk group
What happened: researchers fine-tuned a face model to predict survival risk. The highest-risk group had more than triple the mortality of the lowest.
Why it matters: a cheap photo could add a new signal to treatment decisions.
Who should care: health-tech founders and clinicians.
What could change: this is a research tool, not a product. Expect hard questions on privacy, consent and bias first.
💬 Latestly AI Take
Notion gave teams agent credits. Salesforce bought a platform. Nvidia signed with Germany. The tools keep getting cheaper and easier to reach. What stays scarce is the person who sets them up for one specific business. That’s the opportunity in most AI news right now. Not the model. The installation.
