Finally, a Monday that doesnβt feel like one.
Imagine a Saturday where you're not catching up on the CRM you didn't touch all week.
HubSpot's new self-updating CRM doesn't wait for you to log back in. Friday's calls are already logged. The deal that needs a nudge Monday morning is already flagged. The automation you set up once keeps running without you thinking about it. None of it needed you over the weekend.
Customers are already seeing it pay off: 45% more deals closed. Finally, you start Monday caught up, not behind.
π§ Build brief
β‘ In 20 seconds
Build: a workflow that rewrites product listings from a spreadsheet.
Time: 2β3 hours to set up. About 1 hour per 100 products after.
Sell it: $4β$8 per product. A 300-product store is about $1,500.
By Sunday night: 50 clean listings and a saved prompt.
What will you have by Sunday night? |
How does the system work? Input: product export (CSV) |
Who should build this? |
What does it improve? |
π¦ Build card
π° Business value $4β$8 per product, $500 minimum. 300 products Γ $5 = $1,500 per catalog | π― Best for Copywriters, ecommerce freelancers, small agencies, store owners | β± Build time 2-3 hours |
β Weekend playbook
Step 1 Define the input Β· 20 min
Export 50 products as a CSV. Open it in Google Sheets. Keep these columns:
Product ID or SKU (never change this)
Current title and description
Facts: material, size, color, weight, care
Category and price
No store? Use a prospect's public store. Copy 50 products by hand. Use it as a sample only.
Step 2 Build the AI layer Β· 30 min
The AI rewrites. It does not research. It may use only the facts in your row.
Title: under 70 characters. Product type first.
Bullets: 3β5 short benefits.
Description: 80β120 words.
Missing fact: write "NEEDS INFO". Never guess.
Why facts only? A wrong size or material causes returns. One invented claim can cost more than the whole project earns.
Step 3 Connect the workflow Β· 30 min
Trigger β AI β Filter β Action β Storage
Trigger: a fresh batch of 20 rows
AI: paste the rows into the prompt below
Filter: set aside rows marked "NEEDS INFO"
Action: paste the result into new columns
Storage: keep old text in its own column
Use batches of 20. Longer batches get cut short.
Step 4 Test and improve Β· 40 min
Check 10 rows by hand. Look for three things:
Every fact matches the source row.
Titles are under 70 characters. Use a LEN formula.
No two descriptions start the same way.
Review by hand if: the product has a health, safety, or size-fit claim.
Step 5 Deploy Β· 20 min
Save the prompt in a doc.
Export a before/after sheet for 50 products.
You now have: a repeatable batch process and a sample to show clients.

π Copy & paste prompt
Run this on each batch of 20 products
ROLE
You are an e-commerce copywriter. You write clear, honest product listings for online stores.
OBJECTIVE
Rewrite each product below. Use only the facts I give you.
BRAND VOICE
[ONE LINE, e.g. "warm, plain, practical"]
INPUT
One product per line: SKU, current title, current description, facts, category, price.
RULES
- Use only facts from the row. Never invent a size, material, number, or claim.
- If a key fact is missing, write NEEDS INFO in that field. Do not guess.
- Never make health, safety, or "best" claims.
- Title: under 70 characters. Product type first.
- Bullets: 3 to 5. Each under 12 words. Start with the benefit.
- Description: 80 to 120 words. Short sentences. No filler words.
- Vary the first words of each description. Do not start two the same way.
- Do not use: "perfect", "premium", "must-have", "elevate".
- Write meta description: under 155 characters.
DECISION CRITERIA
Mark Status = OK if all facts are present.
Mark Status = REVIEW if any fact is missing or the product makes a claim you cannot check.
OUTPUT FORMAT
A code block. One line per product. Tab-separated columns:
SKU | New title | Bullet 1 | Bullet 2 | Bullet 3 | Bullet 4 | Bullet 5 | Description | Meta description | Status
PRODUCTS:
[PASTE 20 ROWS HERE]
When to use it: on every batch, for every client. Change only the brand voice line.
Good output looks like: one clean line per product. Facts match the row. Gaps say NEEDS INFO. Descriptions read differently from each other.

π§° AI stack
ChatGPT or Claude rewrites titles, bullets, and descriptions Free alternative: Gemini.
Google Sheets holds the facts, the new copy, and the length checks Free alternative: Excel or any spreadsheet.
Your store's CSV import puts the new copy back into the store Shopify, WooCommerce, and others have one. Test it on 3 products first.
Zapier (later, optional) sends new products to the AI as they arrive Free alternative: n8n.
π Monetization blueprint
Who buys: owners of small online stores with 100β1,000 products. Also dropshippers.
You sell: "Your whole catalog, rewritten in 7 days."
Pricing:
$4β$8 per product, $500 minimum
$300β$600 a month for new products
300 products Γ $5 = $1,500
Find your first 5: search one supplier sentence on Google, in quotes. Stores that share it are your leads. Pick those with 100+ products.
Objection: "AI copy sounds generic."
Answer: It uses your facts. You approve 10 products first.
First message: "Hi [Name], your [product] page uses the same text as other stores. I rewrote 5 of your products. Want to see them?"
Add no claims the owner cannot support. Rules differ by country.

β οΈ Common mistakes
Invented specs. The AI fills gaps with plausible numbers. Fix: forbid guessing. Use NEEDS INFO.
Same opening on every page. Models repeat patterns. Fix: add the "vary the first words" rule.
Broken import. A changed SKU or handle creates duplicates. Fix: never edit ID columns. Import 3 products first.
Batches too long. Output gets cut mid-row. Fix: send 20 rows at a time.
No backup. You overwrite the old copy. Fix: export the original first. Keep it in its own column.

β¦ Smartsheet: turn a 300-product cleanup into a plan with tasks, owners, and dates, handy once you run more than one client catalog.
Matrixify: bulk import and edit Shopify store data from a spreadsheet, so your rewritten listings go live in one pass.
β¦ Square: sell online and in person from one product catalog, so a store owner you help keeps every listing in sync.
Google Merchant Center: free product listings on Google, with reports that flag products missing required details.
β¦ Xero: send the invoice for a finished catalog and see when it is paid, handy once you have several clients at once.
π Weekend challenge
Take 10 products from your own store or a prospect's. Run the prompt once. Put the before and after side by side in one sheet. Under one hour.
π¬ Latestly AI Take
Most store owners know their product pages are weak. They do not fix them because it is 300 small jobs. Small jobs, repeated, are what AI does well. Your value is not the writing. It is the rules, the checks, and the promise not to guess.
